Break away for 2 days and have some fun with your friends,
make new friends and grow in your relationship with God.

When? This
year's fall retreat is November 14th-15th. It begins
with lunch on Saturday the 14th and ends after breakfast
on
Sunday.
Where? We will be staying
at Camp
Joy in Apopka, FL. We will be staying
in air conditioned cabins with bunkbeds.
Where do we Meet? Be sure
to arrive at your specified location by 10:30 a.m. on Saturday,
Nov. 14th. The specific location for each area/school will
be announced closer to the time of the retreat.
East Side (Timber Creek, University,
East River): We will be meeting in the Best
Buy parking lot at Waterford Lakes Town Center at 10:15
am on Saturday the 14th. We will return
to the same location by 12:30 pm on Sunday.
West Side (Lake Brantley, Lyman): We
will be meeting in the Publix parking lot on the corner
of 434 & Wekiva
Springs at 11:00 am on Saturday the 14th. We will return
to the same location by 12:00 pm on Sunday.
How Much? Includes roundtrip
transportation*, All meals
(lunch & dinner on Sat. & breakfast on Sun.), and a SV
Fall Retreat t-shirt.
Student: $45
by Monday, 11/9 ($55 after 11/9). College Volunteer: $10 if you
can drive, $20 if you can't. Youth Leader: $40
Extra Activities: Paintball
- $20 (Gun, Co2, and safety equipment for 3.5 hours),
Canoeing - $5, Low ropes team challenge
course - $7.50
Volunteers? If you are a
volunteer and can help drive, this would be a big help!
The only thing you would have to pay for besides the $10
would be gas for your car (approximately $6 round trip
from UCF).
What Do I Bring? Bring casual
clothes, jacket for cool weather, flashlight, pillow and
sleeping
bag, modest tankini or one-piece swim-wear if you would like
to swim.
